Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, assess customer needs, and create prospect lists.
• Monitor all project quotation, Sales Order, project progress, project billing and project collection.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet given targets.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, social media, direct sales, etc.
• Travel for business purposes as required.
• Arrange appointments and meetings with potential clients.
• Prepare deliver effective presentations on products and services.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Prepare quotations by understanding client requirements, providing documentation, and conducting site surveys.
• Obtain product quotations from factories based on client specifications.
• Create price proposals by considering factory costs and local expenses.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts.
• Review and prepare contract documents.
• Coordinate and manage orders for elevators/escalators with factories.
• Coordinate shop drawings with clients for orders.
• Monitor client payments and collaborate with the accounting team for collections.
• Coordinate the issuance of performance bonds if required.
• Share information with relevant departments to ensure project success.
• Report the plan/action/result/problem exactly on your all duties to a superior/company.
• Performs other tasks as required by the company.
