Job summary

Prime Power Energie System Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to support bidding and project drawings, coordinate with Account Managers, and prepare shop, permit, and as-built drawings. You will work with CAD and maintain essential documentation to ensure project readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience with CAD drafting and documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist on initial drawing preparation for bidding and account manager requirements.
• Prepare shop, permit, construction, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with Project In-charge and supervisor on drawing requirements.
• Submit project documentation for approval and ensure it meets contract requirements.
• Maintain standardized MS Word/Excel templates and documentation.

Job description

• Assist on Initial drawing preparation for bidding and/or Account Manager Requirements.


• Assist Project In-charge In Drawing Requirements If Required.


• Prepares Shop-Drawings and As-built drawings for permit requirements.


• Prepared As-build Plans of Project in-Charge for filling and final submission.


• Prepare drawings Permit, Shop, Construction, Combined Services, As-build and Blueprints.


• Work with CAD system creating, modifying and releasing drawings under direct supervision of a supervisor for use by the Engineering.


• Assist in the maintenance and review of supporting technical data/documents.


• Work in conjunction with the Marketing department to ensure consistency throughout non technical documentation.


• Assist the AVP-Engineering on his day to day transaction and projects.


• Submit project documentation to management for approval, and transmits approved documents to clients.


• Monitor status for project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.


• Reviews and verifies project documents for completeness, format and compliance with contract requirements.


• Create and maintain standardized and automated MS Word/Excel, Forms and templates.
