MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to develop and maintain learning content and assets. The role includes migrating content to a new sales enablement platform and producing SCORM-compliant modules.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in L&D or Enablement, strong English communication, and experience facilitating virtual sessions in Microsoft Teams, with a flair for instructional writing. This on-site role in Taguig involves collaboration with marketing and SMEs to translate

Qualifications

Experience building eLearning / SCORM modules.
Minimum 3+ years in L&D or Enablement.
Microsoft Teams facilitation and breakout room management.
Clear instructional writing and documentation skills.
Strong written and spoken English communication.
Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).

Responsibilities

Create and maintain learning content, enablement assets, and documentation.
Migrate content from BigTinCan to the new platform.
Build learning modules and resources (including SCORM files).
Upload courses and track versions; keep content current.
Facilitate virtual training sessions and manage Teams breakout rooms.
Support training rollouts and enablement programs; support SharePoint hosting of materials.
Liaise with SMEs to document how-to guides.
Work with marketing on sales enablement content.
Drive onboarding projects across the SE team and create tools.
