Job summary

Boomering inc in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Enablement Executive to empower the Commercial team to have consistent, high‑quality conversations with key customer stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

You will analyze campaign data, share insights with stakeholders, manage CRM tooling and commissions, and collaborate with Marketing on collateral and product launches for the Asia region. Strong English and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review analytics for campaign performance and A/B tests.
• Share reports and insights with stakeholders.
• Analyze sales KPIs and campaign metrics for Asia.
• Manage and calculate commissions.
• Oversee Asia CRM tools architecture and usage.
• Maintain information-sharing tools and knowledge libraries.
• Support CRM-related requests to optimize usage.
• Collaborate with Marketing on product updates and collateral.
• Support rollout of new products and Asia launches.
• Develop third-party testimonial story banks.
