Job summary

ZALORA Group is seeking an experienced CRM marketing specialist in the Philippines to lead multi-channel campaigns across markets in Asia Pacific, including Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong, using MoEngage, Braze and similar platforms. You will own the content calendar, build segments, and coordinate with marketing, onsite, performance marketing, and commercial teams.

The role requires strong data skills, copywriting ability, and the knack for translating insights into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on CRM/retention marketing in e-commerce, retail, or digital subscription businesses.
• Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns (email + push; SMS/WhatsApp a plus).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across newsletters, promotions, and reactivation.
• Analyze performance, run A/B tests, and report insights to stakeholders.
