ConnectOS in the Philippines seeks a Business Performance Programs Coordinator to provide administrative and program-support coordination for Elevate, Profit Pulse, and Business Coaching. The role handles scheduling, tracking, documentation, and follow-up to enable program leads to focus on coaching and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in an admin, coordination, or program-support role, ideally in sales, L&D, or professional services.
• Strong written English and attention to detail; drafts communications and presentations for external brokers.
• Comfortable working with CRM and data/reporting tools; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Elevate onboarding and setup; monitor broker submissions and schedule sessions.
• Support Elevate delivery by formatting presentations and distributing pre-work materials.
• Follow up on 1:1 pre-work and gather data for manager reviews using CRM and Tableau.
• Prepare graduation/retrospective materials and distribute pre-work for sessions.
• Provide general admin support for Profit Pulse; record meeting notes and track engagement.
