Description

• Support the sales team by coordinating schedules and managing client communications.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Monitor sales goals and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Facilitate communication between the sales department and other departments within the organization.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or administrative support
• Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Qualities and Traits: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
