Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Business Performance Programs Coordinator in Metro Manila to support Elevate, Profit Pulse, and Business Coaching. You will manage scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks to free program leads for coaching and stakeholder engagement.

This role covers onboarding, delivery support, and retrospective activities, plus expense and succession administration. Strong English, calendar management, and proactive follow-up are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordination, or program-support roles, ideally in sales, L&D, or professional services.
• Strong written English with ability to draft communications and presentations for external audiences.
• Comfort with CRM and data/reporting tools; full training provided.
• Excellent calendar management across multiple programs.
• Proactive follow-up and item-closure without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and setup for Elevate and other programs.
• Schedule sessions, send calendar invites, and track submissions.
• Prepare presentations and distribute pre-work materials.
• Collate participant data from CRM and analytics tools for reviews.
• Provide administrative support for Profit Pulse and coaching programs.
• Monitor engagement and follow up on outstanding items.
