Job summary

ConnectOS in the Philippines is seeking an Administrative & Program-Support Coordinator to streamline scheduling, documentation, and follow-up for multiple sales enablement programs. You will support Elevate, Profit Pulse, and Business Coaching, coordinating sessions, preparing materials, and maintaining data across MyCRM and Tableau.

The role emphasizes strong written English, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up to ensure timely program delivery while enabling program leads to focus on

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordination, or program-support roles (sales, L&D, or professional services).
• Strong written English and attention to detail for external communications.
• Comfortable with CRM and data/reporting tools; full training provided.
• Excellent calendar and scheduling management across multiple programs.
• Proactive in following up and closing outstanding items without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track program submissions and sessions for Elevate and other programs.
• Prepare and send invitations, materials, and manage participant data.
• Format and distribute session presentations and pre-work materials.
• Follow up on 1:1 pre-work and manage data from CRM/data sources.
• Coordinate graduation/retrospective sessions and post-coaching meetings.
