Job summary

Wesco in the Philippines is seeking an Associate Specialist – Sales to coordinate activities supporting the Sales organization across Outside and Inside sales, suppliers, COEs, and Marketing. The role involves scheduling calls, deploying Field Technical Specialists, updating CRM data, and providing pricing and reporting support in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with internal teams and customers to ensure timely project execution while maintaining a strong focus on customer service

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field preferred.
• 0-2 years of inside or outside sales, project, business development or operations support experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate selling opportunities with assigned Outside Sales Representatives.
• Schedule sales calls and deploy Field Technical Specialists.
• Follow up after customer visits and update the CRM.
• Provide sales data reports to the team.
• Provide pricing support to management and outside sales.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, suppliers, centers of excellence, and customers.
• Participate in meetings to measure progress toward objectives.
• Provide general administrative support to outside sales team.
