Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Sales Training and Fulfillment Manager to design training for the Sales team and ensure HMO sales and account deliverables are met.

The role equips staff with product knowledge, selling skills, and HMO process understanding, while overseeing accurate order fulfillment.

You will coach cross‑functional teams and optimize SOPs to ensure timely, high‑quality service across the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in quota-bearing sales or sales operations.
• 2–4+ years managing order processing, client fulfillment, inventory/service delivery, or onboarding workflows.
• 2+ years leading peer-shadowing, SOP delivery, or onboarding new sales and operations hires.
• 1–3 years leading cross-functional or hybrid teams (sales reps, dispatch/fulfillment coordinators, or account managers).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations, Marketing, or equivalent practical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for the Sales team.
• Oversee timely fulfillment of HMO sales and account requirements.
• Ensure product knowledge and selling skills across the team.
• Coach and mentor staff, improving process adoption.
