Job summary

BillEase in the Philippines seeks a Field Training & Enablement Sub Lead to strengthen nationwide sales training operations. You will lead trainer capability, ensure consistent training delivery across regions, and leverage data to improve training effectiveness.

The role builds scalable programs, certifies trainers, standardizes materials, tracks dashboards, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Operations, and Training to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in training, learning and development.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or field sales.
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a team.
• Proven experience designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Sales Field Trainers across regions, monitoring performance and deliverables.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs covering facilitation and adult learning.
• Develop and manage the SFT Certification and Calibration Program to ensure consistent standards.
• Own the nationwide cascade of product updates, policy changes, and campaigns from HQ to SFTs.
