Job summary

MySigrid is seeking a Customer Success Manager with sales experience for a remote/hybrid role based in the Philippines. You will build strong client relationships, manage usage, and identify opportunities for growth across accounts.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service/success leadership and proven sales experience, with excellent English, high computer literacy, and knowledge of CS processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service/Success supervisory or team-lead role.
• Proven sales experience required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
• Knowledge of customer success processes.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with accounts and ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
• Manage client complaints and resolve issues promptly to foster long-term partnerships.
• Increase usage and growth within existing accounts by coordinating with Executive Assistants.
• Leverage sales experience to identify opportunities for growth and drive revenue.
• Conduct sales calls to potential clients, presenting MySigrid’s offerings and converting leads.
• Provide coaching and training to staff to promote continuous improvement and development.
• Perform weekly quality audits to ensure work quality and SOP compliance.
• Ensure client preferences and data are stored securely in line with SOPs.
