Private Advertiser in the Philippines, Cavite (Tagaytay) seeks a Sales Director to lead the sales strategy for luxury property portfolios and drive revenue growth.

You will oversee client relationships, coordinate a high-performance team of sales managers and specialists, and develop partnerships to elevate the brand in the upscale market.

A background in real estate, leadership experience, and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• Licensed broker is a plus.
• Has an experience at least 1 year as a Sales Director in a Real Estate industry, handling leisure or high-end projects.
• With a ready team of 3-5 Sales Managers with 3-5 Property Specialists each.
• Has excellent written and oral communication skills.
