Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Bulacan seeks a dynamic real estate sales leader to manage and grow a local sales team, promote Filinvest projects, and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

The role requires experience in real estate sales, leadership, recruitment, and a strong market understanding to expand the company’s presence and ensure high-quality client service. You will coordinate with internal support teams and uphold ethical selling standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• More than five years of real estate sales experience.
• At least three years of managerial or sales leadership experience.
• Must have a ready team of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants upon joining.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to manage sales performance, recruitment, and team development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage, sell, and promote the available inventory of Filinvest projects.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into buyers.
• Establish, expand, and manage a strong local sales network.
• Achieve the required monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Oversee all sales activities and monitor the productivity, activation, and performance of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
• Guide Sales Managers in recruiting, developing, and retaining qualified Sales Consultants.
• Maintain the required team structure and manpower throughout the contract period.
• Ensure the quality and completeness of accounts, including client requirements, documentation, and transaction records.
• Monitor sales pipelines, account movement, and conversion rates to ensure timely closing.
• Submit periodic sales, manpower, pipeline, and performance reports.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company sales policies, processes, and ethical selling standards.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to facilitate client transactions and resolve sales-related concerns.
• Provide overall customer service throughout the sales process.
