The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila and is responsible for driving sales performance for FAI’s residential, office, and township projects. This role oversees a team of sales professionals, sets sales targets, monitors performance metrics, and implements effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume goals. The Sales Manager coordinates with marketing, operations, and project development teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure strong product positioning. Daily activities include managing client relationships, leading presentations and site tours, negotiating deals, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves mentoring and coaching the sales team, conducting regular training, and staying up to date on market trends and competitor activities.
