Job summary

PROMAX by Filinvest seeks a results-driven professional to source and accredit licensed real estate brokers for Filinvest projects. You will coordinate between Filinvest Land, Inc. and its brokers, guide promotion strategies, and help drive qualified buyer leads.

Responsibilities include managing broker pipelines, coordinating transactions, and ensuring compliance with policies. Fieldwork and after-hours support may be required to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in real estate sales, broker relations, channel management, or broker coordination with a property developer.
• Proven experience handling and supporting real estate brokers and agents.
• Must have an established network of real estate brokers, agents, and industry contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop productive broker partnerships.
• A Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, attend broker activities, and work beyond regular business hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and facilitate accreditation of licensed real estate brokers who will promote Filinvest projects.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between Filinvest Land, Inc. and its accredited brokers.
• Guide accredited brokers on effective strategies for promoting company properties and generating qualified buyers.
• Facilitate transactions and coordinate concerns between brokers, buyers, and internal support teams.
• Conceptualize, organize, and implement marketing activities and events for accredited brokers.
• Monitor brokers' sales pipelines, marketing activities, and performance to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing broker networks while continuously expanding the company's external sales channels.
• Ensure brokers comply with company policies, accreditation requirements, documentation standards, and sales processes.
• Prepare regular reports on broker recruitment, accreditation, activities, pipeline, and sales performance.
