Job summary

Qashier, a fast-growing fintech startup delivering Smart POS solutions to retailers, is seeking a driven business development professional to join our Manila team. You will own leads, respond quickly to merchant inquiries, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with BDs, marketing, and other teams to drive growth.

In this role you will manage your pipeline in a CRM and generate new opportunities while working in a hybrid inbound+outbound environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 yrs B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or POS/payments experience.
• Startup, retail, or F&B experience a plus.
• Coachable, driven, energetic, results‑oriented.
• Strong interpersonal & bilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities
