Job summary

Qashier is hiring a Sales Development Representative in the Philippines to nurture leads from initial contact to booked meetings. You will handle hybrid inbound and outbound activities, qualify merchant inquiries, and actively build a robust sales pipeline while coordinating with BDs and marketing teams.

The role emphasizes quick responsiveness, strong interpersonal and bilingual communication, and a proactive, results-driven approach to grow our merchant base in retail and F&B sectors.

Qualifications

• 1–3 yrs B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or POS/payments experience.
• Startup, retail, or F&B experience a plus.
• Coachable, driven, energetic, results-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal & bilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own leads until meetings are successfully held (hybrid inbound + outbound).
• Respond quickly to merchant inquiries and qualify leads.
• Prospect and generate new opportunities.
• Manage your pipeline and CRM with precision.
• Collaborate with BDs, marketing & other teams.
