Job summary

Arca.ph is recruiting a Sales Development Representative for a client. This is a remote, phone-focused outbound sales role for an experienced professional who is comfortable spending most of the working day on the phones.

You will spend 8 hours dialing each working day, with leads and a dialer provided. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in outbound sales, is proficient with a dialer, and can work remotely with international clients while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional outbound sales, cold-calling, appointment-setting, or closely related experience.
• Hands-on professional experience using a dialer for outbound calling.
• Ability and willingness to spend at least 6 hours dialing each working day.
• Experience qualifying cold leads and booking appointments or warm handoffs.
• Direct experience working remotely with U.S. or other international businesses or clients.
• Clear spoken English and professional phone communication.

Responsibilities

• Dial supplied leads for 8 hours each working day using the provided dialer.
• Speak with prospects and decision-makers, introduce services, and qualify interest.
• Follow and adapt campaign scripts, handle common objections, and book qualified appointments or warm handoffs.
• Record call outcomes, prospect details, and next steps accurately in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Use feedback and campaign guidance to improve conversations and appointment quality.
