Job summary

Lendflow in Cebu is hiring a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to open and manage outbound leads for business loans. You will call assigned owners, collect and verify documents live, and push completed files to underwriting on the first call where possible.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of outbound sales experience, strong English (C1), and thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment with day-one HMO coverage and clear growth pathways.

Job description

Lendflow is looking for a proactive, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Cebu. In this role, you will act as a primary "opener" and document collector for business owners who have applied for business loans. Your main goal is to call assigned leads and complete their application on the very first call by gathering and verifying all required documents while keeping the client on the line. Once the file is complete, you submit it to the Underwriting team.

Key responsibilities

Conduct outbound warm calls to assigned business owner leads.

Drive single-call application closes by requesting, receiving, and verifying required documents live on the phone.

Maintain high call volume and demonstrate relentless follow-up with prospective clients.

Accurately review submitted documentation to ensure it meets underwriting submission standards.

Seamlessly hand off fully completed applications to the Underwriting team.

About you

English Proficiency: C1 level (Fluent/Advanced verbal and written English is strictly required).

Minimum of 1+ years of proven sales experience (outbound sales, outbound calling, or cold calling experience strongly preferred).

Highly proactive, resilient, commission-driven, and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.

Competitive base salary (PHP 40,000 - PHP 45,000 / month).

Uncapped commission structure (Potential to earn up to PHP 60,000+ / month).
