Job summary

The role emphasizes research, CRM hygiene, and consistent target attainment, with onsite work at Rockwell Ortigas. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in lead qualification and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Leads Qualifier or Sales Development Representative.
• Ability to consistently meet daily and monthly targets.
• Self-disciplined, organized and ambitious with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient with ability to handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Research potential client prospects via web and social media.
• Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and schedule calls.
• Understand prospects' pain points and overcome objections to secure appointments.
• Prepare prospect profiles with bio, LinkedIn, pain points, and appointment details.
• Coach and follow up with prospects to ensure attendance at appointments.
• Perform additional research to identify stakeholders and gather profile data.
• Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and accurate activity records (Zoho or Salesforce).
• Achieve targets for appointments scheduled, completed, qualified opportunities, and deals.
