Job summary

GO-GENIE in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales development, is highly motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will prospect, generate leads, conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with BDMs to close deals while meeting quotas. English fluency and 3–5 years in tech sales are preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, and email outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales automation tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new sales leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
• Develop qualified contact lists for lead generation.
• Research target merchants and key decision makers to tailor outreach.
• Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns and set appointments for BDMs.
