TechnologyAdvice in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our remote-first Sales & Marketing team. You will handle outbound prospecting, pre-qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives to book discovery meetings with potential clients for our digital marketing services.

The role requires strong communication, experience in high-volume outreach, and a proactive mindset to learn quickly.

Formación

• Two years of professional sales experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
• Self-starter with a quick learner and creativity.
• Ability to articulate value propositions verbally and in writing.
• Skilled at qualifying inbound and outbound leads to align with business needs.
• Proven track record of high-volume, targeted outreach to generate opportunities.
• Motivated to exceed goals and handle rejection with a positive attitude.
• Able to refine outreach strategies in a fast-moving environment.
• Must have a working laptop/PC and reliable internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Pre-qualify leads for Account Executives.
• Research prospects and personalize outreach to create interest.
• Test different approaches and tactics to improve efficiency.
• Establish outreach cadences and cold-calling strategies.
• Provide feedback to improve outbound prospecting and conversion.
• Use CRM tools to manage lists, sequences, and results.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on targeting key accounts.
