Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a growing territory across Bulacan—including SJDM, Meycauayan, Marilao, Obando, and Norzagaray. You will build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands, with frequent multi-day trips required to ensure coverage.

You will meet sales and collection targets, develop new accounts, plan coverage and promotional activities, and maintain documentation and tools.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience, field-based preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to be assigned in North Luzon or NCR.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in field‑based roles and from FMCG and related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Willing to be assigned in areas in North Luzon or NCR.
