Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation in Bulacan is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a growing territory including SJDM, Meycauayan, Marilao, Obando, Norzagaray. You will build lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips to ensure coverage and strong client relationship management. You will meet sales and collection targets, develop accounts, plan coverage and promotions, and promote FELCO's values

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably field-based in FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to be assigned in areas in North Luzon or NCR.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and from FMCG and related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willing to be assigned in areas in North Luzon or NCR.
