Job summary

The Laguna Creamery Inc. is seeking a Sales Data Supervisor in Metro Manila to oversee data management, reporting, and analytics for sales performance.

You will supervise the Sales Data Specialist and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support forecasting and planning. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in sales operations or analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP/POS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or any related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or data analysis.
• Experience guiding team members is an advantage.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, data analysis).
• Familiarity with SAP, POS systems, or similar sales data platforms.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines and technical compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the Sales Data Specialist in data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of sales data from systems such as SAP, POS, and internal sales reports.
• Review and analyze sales performance reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the Sales team.
• Monitor sales KPIs (e.g., volume, revenue, growth, coverage) and highlight gaps or opportunities.
• Support the Sales team in forecasting, sales planning, and target setting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align data, reports, and business requirements.
• Develop and improve reporting tools, templates, and dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making.
• Ensure standardization and proper documentation of sales data processes and reporting practices.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Provide regular updates and reports to Sales leadership on performance and key insights. Support sales initiatives, programs, and projects through data analysis and reporting.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned in support of sales operations and business objectives.
