Job summary

The Laguna Creamery Inc seeks a Food Service (Area Sales) Supervisor to lead growth in the foodservice channel. You will develop strategic plans, manage key accounts across the Greater Manila Area, and coach the sales team to hit revenue and volume targets.

You will monitor performance, build partnerships with hotels, QSRs, and government institutions, and coordinate with Marketing and Product Development on promotions and new product concepts in Luzon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Tourism Management or related field.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development within food/hospitality industries; leading a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead volume and revenue objectives for the foodservice channel in Greater Manila Area.
• Monitor sales performance, define KPIs, and generate growth reports.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow foodservice footprint in North and South Luzon.
• Maintain relationships with owners, GMs, head chefs, procurement heads, and key decision-makers.
• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets and develop talent.
