Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, reporting, data management, or a similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret data.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to speak Bisaya.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and maintain accurate sales and customer information.
• Prepare regular sales reports, summaries, presentations, and performance updates.
• Monitor sales activities, targets, achievements, and key performance indicators.
• Provide the sales team with timely information on products, customers, pricing, promotions, and updates.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities, concerns, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date sales databases, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other departments for accurate information.
• Assist in preparing information and reports for sales meetings and management reviews.
• Respond to sales-related information requests and provide support to the team.
• Perform other related tasks contributing to efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
