Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team.

Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Care Team Member to join our dynamic sales support team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by supporting the sales process from quote to delivery.

This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same—you’ll be tracking sales activity, preparing quotes, processing orders, and communicating with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team
• Process project registrations and quotation requests accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
• Process purchase orders and generate sales orders and invoices

• Monitor orders and proactively resolve issues
• Collaborate with team members and provide backup support as needed
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned
