Job summary

Philippine & Scandinavian Design Filtra, Inc. is seeking a sales support professional based in Makati to help drive growth across the sales funnel.

You will maintain CRM records, coordinate follow-ups, track quotations and manage customer inquiries from multiple channels. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in sales support or customer service, with strong English and Filipino communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in sales support or customer service.
• Experience in construction, timber, or manufacturing industries is a strong plus.
• Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office/Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication, with a professional phone/email demeanor.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for customers, leads, quotations, and opportunities.
• Monitor and coordinate regular follow-up of customers and active sales opportunities, particularly opportunities under negotiation.
• Track quotations, next actions and customer responses, ensuring opportunities progress through the sales pipeline.
• Support follow-up and coordination of outstanding customer orders and realistic delivery dates.
• Assist with incoming enquiries from website, social media and other channels, ensuring proper registration and handover to the appropriate salesperson.
• Support Junckers Sports Flooring sales development, including identifying and mapping potential institutional customers, projects and decision-makers.
• Conduct sales mapping and prospect research to identify new customers and business opportunities for FILTRA's wider product range.
• Reactivate dormant customers, previous enquiries and older quotations.
• Assist salespeople with product information, stock and pricing checks, presentations, samples, Proforma Invoices and other sales support requirements.
• Prepare routine follow-up communications and assist with appointment setting.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, digital leads and sales opportunities.
• Prepare basic CRM and sales activity reports for management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative operations (experience in construction, timber, or manufacturing industries is a strong plus).
• Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems, MS Office/Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets, with hands-on experience using CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino, with a professional and polite phone/email demeanor.
• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional multi-tasking abilities, and a proactive attitude toward managing daily operational workflows.
