Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Sales) for the night shift. This full-time, on-site role is based at Global One, Eastwood, Libis, QC, and offers day-one healthcare and performance bonuses.

You will meet sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up with customers to deliver value. Excellent English, phone sales ability, and prior BPO/KPO experience are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Prior Experience

• Graduate of any degree or vocational course; preferably a Marketing or Business degree.
• Working experience in sales – primarily outbound sales; inbound sales experience of at least 1 year.
• Preferably with work experience earned in the BPO or KPO industry.
• Experience in a fast‑paced and customer‑driven environment is essential.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and highly organized.
• Hardworking and trainable.
• Pleasing and outgoing personality.
