Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Sales) for the night shift. This full-time, on-site role is based at Global One, Eastwood, Libis, QC, and offers day-one healthcare and performance bonuses.

You will meet sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up with customers to deliver value. Excellent English, phone sales ability, and prior BPO/KPO experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly sales target.

• Take full accountability for any follow up action that is appropriate on behalf of the customer.

Prior Experience

• Graduate of any degree or vocational course; preferably graduates of any Marketing or Business course
• Working experience in sales – primarily outbound sales; inbound sales experience of at least 1 year
• Preferably with work experience earned in the BPO or KPO industry
• Experience in a fast-paced and customer-driven environment is essential.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized
• Hardworking and trainable
