TaskUs is seeking a Teammate to deliver world-class customer experience across email, chat, and other channels from its Philippines site in Cavite. You will handle inquiries, troubleshooting, and content filtering with a focus on accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Sales experience in BPO.
• Experience on phone, email and live chat support is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
• Computer literate and proficient with Windows OS, macOS, MS Office, and Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries via email and live chat.
• Filter content from the client’s website.
• Perform data and research functions and assist with basic troubleshooting.
