Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries via voice, email, and live chat.
• Filter content from the client’s website.
• Perform data and research tasks and apply basic troubleshooting.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and elevate priority issues.
• Document all customer interactions per SOP and route calls appropriately.
• Strive for good customer satisfaction and meet client KPIs.
• Maintain confidentiality of logins and passwords.
• Participate in required training and seminars.
• Stay compliant with TaskUs policies and procedures.
