Responsibilities

• Process all aftersales requests of customers

• Keep documentation of all service and aftersales transactions
• Ensure all transactions are resolved within SLA
• Achieve store targets on metrics: Postpaid, Business, Broadband, Prepaid and Lifestyle sales
• Execute in-store programs to meet sales targets
• Execute field or corporate selling activities to meet targets
• Engage social media, digital and referral programs to meet targets
• Ensure staff productivity month over month per product targets

The Sales and Service Specialist serves as a vital link between the company and its customers, responsible for promoting and selling products or services while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires effective communication, strong product knowledge, and the ability to address customer needs promptly and professionally. The representative plays a key role in achieving sales targets and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Process all aftersales requests of customers

• Fulfill end to end resolution of customer complaints and reports

• Keep documentations of all service and aftersales transactions of the customers

• Ensures all transactions are resolved within SLA.

• Ensures achievement of store targets on all metrics: Postpaid, Business, Broadband, Prepaid and Lifestyle sales

• Executes all in-store programs of the store to ensure achievement of all sales targets

• Executes field or corporate selling activities to ensure achievement of all sales targets

• Executes other channel of selling like social media, digital and referral programs to ensure achievement of all sales targets

• Ensures staff productivity is passing month on month based on each product targets

Qualifications

• Candidate must be SHS Graduate, College Undergrad or have Bachelor's/College Degree (Preferably in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing or any equivalent course)

• Fresh Graduate is accepted

• Proven experience in sales and customer service roles preferred
