Job summary

Cygnus Management Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Officer to join our growing team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig or Pasig.

You will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and drive revenue growth by promoting our range of corporate services. The role requires a graduate in marketing, accountancy, or related fields, with at least one year of managerial or supervisory experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of marketing, accountancy, sales or business-related courses.
• At least 1 year managerial or supervisory work.
• Strong communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Sales or business development experience is an advantage.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable dealing with business owners and professionals.
• Willing to work under a performance-based incentive structure
• Willing to work in BGC or Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on client inquiries and sale leads.
• Clearly present and explain the company's services, packages, pricing, and processes.
• Prepare quotations and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and sales records.
• Build and strengthen referral networks and business relationships.
• Promote recurring services, including business registration, compliance, and other corporate solutions.
• Achieve and consistently meet monthly sales and revenue targets.

This is a full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City or Pasig City.
