About the role

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our sales team in Taytay, Rizal. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving residential property sales and building lasting relationships with clients. As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professional conduct. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our property sales operations and contribute directly to the growth and success of our residential projects.

Key responsibilities

1. Greet potential clients and conduct property viewings, providing comprehensive information about residential units, floor plans, amenities and project features
2. Identify client needs and preferences, and match them with appropriate residential properties within our portfolio
3. Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of current projects, pricing, payment schemes and promotional offers
4. Prepare quotations, proposals and documentation required for property transactions
5. Conduct follow-up with prospective buyers through phone calls, emails and in-person meetings to advance sales opportunities
6. Coordinate with internal teams including finance, legal and project management to facilitate smooth transactions
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property showings and sales progress using the company's customer relationship management system
8. Participate in property exhibitions, trade shows and promotional events to generate leads and enhance brand awareness
9. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
10. Provide post-sale support and maintain relationships with previous clients for potential referrals and repeat business

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate or a related field is advantageous
2. Proven experience as a Sales Associate, sales executive or similar customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate or residential property sector
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client profiles
4. Excellent salesmanship with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with customer relationship management software
6. Comprehensive knowledge of the residential real estate market, current trends and competitive landscape
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment
8. Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
9. Professional appearance and courteous demeanour
10. Valid driver's licence is preferred to facilitate property viewings and client meetings
11. Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends and public holidays as required to meet business demands
