Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate or related field.
• Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse client profiles.
• Excellent salesmanship with a track record of meeting targets.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Solid knowledge of the residential real estate market and trends.

Responsibilities

• Greet potential clients and conduct property viewings, providing comprehensive information about residential units, floor plans, amenities and project features.
• Identify client needs and preferences, and match them with appropriate residential properties within our portfolio.
• Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of current projects, pricing, payment schemes and promotional offers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and documentation required for property transactions.
• Conduct follow-up with prospective buyers through phone calls, emails and in-person meetings to advance sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams including finance, legal and project management to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property showings and sales progress using the company's customer relationship management system.
• Participate in property exhibitions, trade shows and promotional events to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
• Aim to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Provide post-sale support and maintain relationships with previous clients for potential referrals and repeat business.
