You will follow store standards, replenish stock, and work closely with teammates to ensure smooth operations. Strong communication and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Atleast Senior HS graduate
• Preferably with sales, inventory management and customer service experience
• Fresh college graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Maintain product availability by replenishing stocks on display and coordinating stock concerns when needed.
• Arrange merchandise neatly and maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready selling area.
• Guide customers to the appropriate payment counter and assist with the next steps of their purchase.
• Welcome and acknowledge customers promptly, warmly, and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and assist in selecting products based on style, color, size, function, and preference.
• Provide accurate and helpful product information to support confident purchase decisions.
• Build positive customer relationships through courteous, attentive, and efficient service.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.
• Support sales goals by identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products and encourage additional purchases.
