ROLE PURPOSE

To deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience while supporting sales through knowledgeable product guidance, attentive service, and efficient execution of store standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

STORE OPERATIONS

• Follow and consistently comply with company policies, procedures, and store standards.
• Maintain product availability by replenishing stocks on display and coordinating stock concerns when needed.
• Arrange merchandise neatly and maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready selling area.
• Guide customers to the appropriate payment counter and assist with the next steps of their purchase.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SALES

• Welcome and acknowledge customers promptly, warmly, and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and assist in selecting products based on style, color, size, function, and preference.
• Provide accurate and helpful product information to support confident purchase decisions.
• Build positive customer relationships through courteous, attentive, and efficient service.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.
• Support sales goals by identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products and encourage additional purchases.
