Job summary

Lala Automotive Philippines Inc, known as Lalamove Automotive (Lala Auto), is seeking a Sales Associate for its auto sales team in Paranaque. You will promote vehicle financing options to drivers, build lasting client relationships, and guide customers from inquiry to vehicle release.

On-ground roadshows and weekend events are part of the role. The position requires strong communication, resilience, and a results-driven mindset, with onsite work at PITX Paranaque.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays (peak sales periods).
• Comfortable with on-ground, field-based sales work.
• Able to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willing to work onsite at PITX Paranaque City.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting vehicle financing solutions to drivers and operators.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Guide customers through the full sales process—from inquiry to vehicle release.
• Explain vehicle features, financing terms, and requirements clearly.
• Participate in roadshows, weekend activations, and lead generation activities.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Continuously find ways to improve sales performance and customer experience.

What you'll do:

• Drive sales by promoting vehicle financing solutions to drivers and operators
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Guide customers through the full sales process—from inquiry to vehicle release
• Clearly explain vehicle features, financing terms, and requirements
• Actively participate in roadshows, weekend activations, and lead generation activities
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to generate repeat business and referrals
• Continuously find ways to improve sales performance and customer experience
