Job summary

Lala Automotive Philippines Inc, known as Lalamove Automotive (Lala Auto), is hiring a Sales Associate to drive vehicle financing sales among drivers and operators in Parañaque and nearby areas.

You will build client relationships, guide customers through the sales process, and participate in roadshows and lead generation activities while maintaining strong follow-ups to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Confidence in selling and handling objections.
• Weekend availability, especially for roadshows and peak leads.
• Resilience, discipline, and a results-driven mindset.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes or customer service (a plus, not required).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting vehicle financing solutions to drivers and operators.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Guide customers through the full sales process—from inquiry to vehicle release.
• Explain vehicle features, financing terms, and requirements.
• Participate in roadshows, weekend activations, and lead generation activities.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Continuously find ways to improve sales performance and customer experience.

Our brand is currently looking for a Sales Associate who is highly motivated and self-driven to join our auto sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn.

What you'll do:

• Drive sales by promoting vehicle financing solutions to drivers and operators

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Guide customers through the full sales process—from inquiry to vehicle release

• Clearly explain vehicle features, financing terms, and requirements

• Actively participate in roadshows, weekend activations, and lead generation activities

• Maintain a strong follow-up system to generate repeat business and referrals

• Continuously find ways to improve sales performance and customer experience
