Job summary

Lalamove Automotive Philippines Inc., known as Lalamove Automotive (Lala Auto), is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate who thrives in data-driven marketing and enjoys bringing campaigns to life—from digital lead generation to on-ground activations.

You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms, generate leads, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive events and promotions at PITX, Paranaque.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years in digital/performance marketing or similar role.
• Experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, or other platforms.
• Strong lead-gen, optimization, A/B testing, and analytics skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is a plus.
• Willing to travel and conduct field work for events.
• Willing to work onsite at PITX, Paranaque City.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, others).
• Drive lead generation initiatives and improve performance via data analysis and A/B testing.
• Monitor campaign metrics, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns and activations.
• Support roadshows, dealer activations, and on-ground marketing events.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other digital platform.
• Drive lead generation initiatives and improve campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing.
• Monitor campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the planning and execution of roadshows, dealer activations, and other on-ground marketing events.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, or other digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, A/B testing, and marketing analytics.
• Experience using digital marketing and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and conduct field work for marketing events and activations as needed.
