• Willing to undergo 2 weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with loan applications and documentary requirements.
• Process endorsed leads and monitor accounts from application to loan release.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending requirements and application status.
• Provide accurate information on loan products, requirements, and processing timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Loans Processing, Credit Review, and other departments.
• Support the branch in achieving monthly Trans-In and lead conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate client, lead, and account records and prepare required reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, data privacy, and internal audit requirements.
