Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor in the Davao Region to assist clients through the loan application, ensure complete documentation, and screen endorsed leads.

You will coordinate with branches and departments to support timely loan release and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all loan products. The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and accuracy in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience or graduate of a 4-year business-related course with banking/finance exposure.
• Ability to communicate confidently in written and verbal form.
• Process-oriented, organized, and able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through the loan application process with complete documentation.
• Screen and process endorsed leads from the branch and monitor pending accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of all loan products and their requirements.

• Can communicate confidently—both written and verbal—and is able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.
