Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate - Non-Collateral to assist clients with loan applications, verify documents, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

You will follow up on pending requirements, provide product information, and maintain accurate records while upholding confidentiality and compliance. Fresh graduates are welcome and a 2-week Ortigas training is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in banking, financing, lending, sales, customer service, or loan processing is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple accounts and follow-ups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to undergo 2 weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Loans Processing, Credit Review, and other departments.
• Support the branch in achieving monthly Trans-In and lead conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate client, lead, and account records and prepare required reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, data privacy, and internal audit requirements.
