Job summary

You will verify requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely processing while maintaining accurate client records and adhering to data privacy and audit standards. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with training in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, Banking and Finance, or a related field.

• Experience in banking, financing, lending, sales, customer service, or loan processing is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple accounts and follow-ups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and comfortable learning new systems.
• Willing to undergo 2 weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regarding pending requirements and application status.
• Provide accurate information on loan products, requirements, and processing timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Loans Processing, Credit Review, and other departments.
• Support the branch in achieving monthly Trans-In and lead conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate client, lead, and account records and prepare required reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, data privacy, and internal audit requirements.
