Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Loan Support staff to guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation. You will screen endorsed leads, monitor pending accounts, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth loan release, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all loan products.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience or a graduate of any 4-year business-related course with relevant experience in banking and finance.
• Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig for two weeks (hotel, food and travel expenses covered).
• Able to communicate confidently—written and verbal—and liaise with all departments and stakeholders.
