Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking a dedicated Loan Processing Associate in Batangas to assist clients with loan applications, ensure complete documentation, and monitor endorsed leads.

The role requires strong communication and customer service, with collaboration across departments to ensure timely loan release. Candidates should have 1–2 years in banking/finance or a 4-year business degree, and be willing to train in Ortigas for two weeks with expenses covered by the company.

Qualifications

• Assist clients throughout the loan application process with complete documentation.
• Experience in screening and processing endorsed leads and monitoring accounts to support sales.
• Knowledge of loan products and their requirements; strong customer service.
• Able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders; communicate confidently in written and spoken English.
• Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig for two weeks; hotel, food and travel expenses covered by the company.
• 1-2 years of experience or a graduate of any 4-year business-related course with banking/finance exposure.
